Who doesn't need a hobby? When the demands of family and the musical world raise my stress levels, I cook for comfort. I have discovered such a love for cooking, that I am even considering opening a cafe, should I be able to create some delicious gluten-free goodies. My experiments and grand finales will all find their home here, since I want my food to be enjoyed, even if I decide to use the recipes in my cafe.
